This Privacy Protocol applies to all websites and services operated by My Cosmic Message Pty Ltd under the SOVEREIGN OS™, Asteris Labs, Orion Web Service, and WOW ME Coaching brands. We are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

My Cosmic Message Pty Ltd (ABN 30 652 358 159), trading as WOW Enterprise Company, is an Australian-based decision governance infrastructure company operating under the SOVEREIGN OS™ brand. Our registered address is in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

References to "we", "us", "our", or "SOVEREIGN OS" in this document refer to My Cosmic Message Pty Ltd and its operating brands.

2. What information we collect

We may collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Name and email address (submitted via contact, assessment, or enquiry forms)
  • Phone number (when voluntarily provided)
  • Business name and type (submitted via assessment forms)
  • General description of your business situation (submitted via assessment forms)
  • Technical data including IP address, browser type, and pages visited (collected automatically via standard web analytics)

We do not collect sensitive information as defined by the Privacy Act 1988 (including health, financial, racial, or political information) unless you voluntarily provide it in an open text field, in which case it is handled with equivalent care.

3. How we collect it

We collect personal information through the following means:

  • Contact and enquiry forms on our websites
  • The AI Strategy Assessment on our Start Here page
  • Direct email correspondence
  • Booking systems (Cal.com) when you schedule a call
  • Standard web analytics tools (Google Analytics 4)

Our websites use cookies to support analytics and basic site functionality. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, though some site features may not function as intended.

4. Why we collect it

We collect personal information for the following primary purposes:

  • To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you have requested
  • To deliver your AI assessment results and follow-up recommendations
  • To communicate about our services, methodology, and relevant content
  • To improve our websites and services through analytics
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations

We will not use your personal information for a purpose other than those listed above without your consent, unless required or authorised by law.

5. Disclosure of personal information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

We may disclose your personal information to:

  • Third-party service providers who assist us in operating our websites and services (including form handling services such as W3Forms, and booking services such as Cal.com), who are bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations
  • Google Analytics, for aggregated website usage analytics
  • Legal or regulatory authorities where required by law

Our service providers may store data on servers located outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure those providers handle your data in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

6. Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. Our websites are served via Cloudflare infrastructure, which provides enterprise-grade security at the network layer.

No method of data transmission or storage is completely secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.

7. Access and correction

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and to request corrections if that information is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.

To make an access or correction request, contact us at the details below. We will respond within 30 days. In some circumstances, we may decline access as permitted under the Privacy Act 1988 — if so, we will explain why in writing.

8. Complaints

If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles or this Privacy Protocol, you may lodge a complaint by contacting us directly at the details below. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
